Terms of Use

These terms cover mykeyplans.com and every MyKey Plans app. MyKey LaunchPad has its own, more detailed Terms inside that app. Where the two differ, the LaunchPad Terms apply to MyKey LaunchPad. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or apps.
1. Who we are
MyKey Plans is the brand name of MyKey Consulting Services LLC, Bothell, Washington. Email: hello@mykeyplans.com
2. Who can use the apps
• Adults, and teens 13 and older, may create their own account.
• Our apps are not for children under 13. No one under 13 may create an account or use an app.
• If you set up an account for someone else, you are responsible for how it is used.
3. Your account
• Keep your sign-in details private.
• Give accurate information.
• Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
4. Planning tools, not professional advice
Our apps are educational and planning tools. They are not legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice, and they do not replace an IEP team, a doctor, an attorney, or another qualified professional. In an emergency, call 911.
5. Your content
What you enter in an app belongs to you. You give us permission to store and display it so the app can work for you. Please enter only information you have the right to share, and take extra care with information about other people.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not:
• Use the apps to harm, harass, or mislead anyone.
• Try to break into the apps or other people's accounts.
• Copy, resell, or republish our materials without written permission.
We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules.
7. Free apps and paid memberships
Some apps are free. Paid memberships are sold on our website, and the price and what is included are shown before you pay. MyKey LaunchPad memberships include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Renewal, cancellation, and refund details for a membership are shown at purchase and in that app's own terms.
8. Our materials
The MyKey name, logos, app designs, and written materials belong to MyKey Consulting Services LLC. You may use them for your own personal or classroom planning. Other uses need our written permission.
9. Links to other sites
Our site and apps link to other websites and products, including some offered by other publishers. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
10. Changes and availability
We work to keep the apps running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change, or remove features.
11. Limits on our responsibility
The apps are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, MyKey Consulting Services LLC is not responsible for indirect losses that come from using the site or apps, and our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State.
13. Changes to these terms
If we make an important change, we will update the date at the top and post a notice on our website or in the apps.
