When should we start transition planning?
Earlier than most people think. Formal IEP transition planning begins by age 16 (earlier in many states), but the skills and choices that lead to a good adult life start in childhood. My LaunchPad meets you wherever you are.
Is My LaunchPad only for parents?
It is made for parents and caregivers, and your young adult can take part in their own plan. Their story is told in their own words.
