It is designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), along with their families and case managers, to navigate the complex landscape of adult disability services across the United States.
The app features an AI-powered service navigation system with a personalized dashboard that tracks active service applications, deadlines, and progress. A Local Service Finder uses smart matching to recommend providers based on disability type, location, personal goals, and financial situation.
An integrated Eligibility Checker scans federal and state programs, including SSI/SSDI, housing support, vocational services, and Medicaid or Medicare. This helps users understand which benefits they may qualify for and what steps to take next.
Adult Services includes a Financial Planning hub to support long-term independence. Users can manage insurance claims, Special Needs Trusts, ABLE accounts, budgets, and expense tracking, with document scanning tools to keep important records organized.
